In
this project, the person we interviewed was Mr. Ming-shun Tu. He
is a famous Erhu maker in Taiwan, and his works have won many awards. We valued and abided by the provisions of the Copyright Act. We have obtained the consent of the intellectual property owner to use his works as our research focuses and materials. With the assistance from the teachers, we conducted an exclusive interview. With the consent of the interviewee, we converted the conversation content, photos, and images in the interviews into the required file format and presented them on our project webpages. In addition, the research content, pictures, texts, images, and photos on the webpages were investigated by the team members. The team collaborated to conduct interviews and recordings to create the project webpages. We abided by the responsibility of every law-abiding citizen to respect the intellectual property rights of others. When citing and collecting relevant data, we indicated the sources of references on the research website. We cherished the richness brought by all existing data, assisted in the development of culture, and met the needs of the technological era.
智慧財產權(Intellectual Property Rights,簡稱IPR) Intellectual property rights refer to the results of human spiritual activities that can generate property value and are a right created by law. Therefore, intellectual property rights must be featured by both “the results of human spiritual activities” and the ability to “generate property value.”
